Measurements were taken by laying the garment flat on a table and measuring straight across the body from side-to-side (for width) and from shoulder-to-hemline (for length). Measurements are approximate - please allow .25-.5" wiggle room for human error. These are not the same measurements you would get if you measure around your waist, bust, or hips.
